  • Yes, to ensure a personalized and intimate experience, we limit the number of participants in each group. This allows for deeper connections, more individualized support, and a safe, supportive space for everyone. Spaces are limited, so be sure to secure your spot early to join this transformative journey.

  • The sessions will be conducted live via Zoom, providing an interactive and engaging experience. Each week, you’ll participate in a 90-minute live session that includes teachings, group breathwork, coaching, and opportunities for real-time feedback. Recordings will be available in the learning portal for you to revisit at your convenience. This combination of live interaction and on-demand resources allows you to learn and grow at your own pace while still receiving the benefits of direct support and community connection.

  • If you miss a session, no worries! All live sessions will be recorded and made available in the learning portal, so you can watch them at your convenience. You’ll still have access to the session’s teachings, group breathwork, and coaching exercises. Additionally, you’ll be able to catch up on any content you may have missed and participate in discussions within the private group to stay connected with your cohort and continue your growth.

If you’re participating in breathwork or hypnotherapy sessions, make sure you’re wearing comfortable clothing and have access to a space where you can relax and move freely.   • Yes, you will have the option to add on private coaching, breathwork, or TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) to complement your EVOLVE journey. These personalized sessions offer deeper, one-on-one support to help you maximize your transformation and address any specific areas of focus. You’ll have the opportunity to choose these add-ons during enrollment or at any point throughout the program.

  • You should plan to dedicate approximately 1-2 hours per week for the live session and an additional 1-2 hours for the exercises, journaling, and reflection work. The self-paced content allows you to work at your own pace within the 6-week timeframe.

  • I am committed to your transformation and want to ensure Align & EVOLVE is the right fit for you. My refund policy is designed to provide clarity and flexibility, while also respecting the investment in the program.

    • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it up to 4 weeks before the start date of the program.

    • 50% Refund: If you request a refund between 1 to 4 weeks before the start date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.

    • No Refund: No refunds will be issued less than 1 week before the start date or after the program has begun.

    However, if you are unable to attend or continue the program, I offer a credit for future programs that can be applied toward a future session of Align & EVOLVE or another course offered.

    This refund policy helps ensure that all participants are fully committed to their transformation journey while respecting your investment in the program.

  • Once you complete Align & EVOLVE, you'll have the opportunity to continue your journey with deeper exploration through the 12-Week EVOLVE Certification Program, where you can refine your skills and earn a certification. You’ll also have lifetime access to the course materials, allowing you to revisit the teachings whenever you need.
