You’re not losing yourself. You’re finally meeting her.
Something is shifting. The way you’ve been living, holding, showing up — it no longer fits the woman you’re becoming.
This isn’t a breakdown. It’s an awakening.
The Midlife Awakening
An Oregon Coast Retreat for Women
✺ November 5-8, 2026 ✺
✨ Dates are confirmed, and space is intentionally limited to 8–10 women — to honor the depth of this experience and ensure each woman is held, seen, and supported on her journey.
You've given so much to everyone else. This is your space to return to yourself.
Through breathwork, somatic healing, and nature-based soul work, this retreat is designed to help you release what you've been carrying and reconnect with what's true.
This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about meeting yourself — honestly, fully, without the roles you've outgrown.
This is for you if…
You're navigating a life transition, an identity shift, or a quiet awakening that's asking more of you than you've had space to meet. You can feel something changing — and you're ready to listen.
You're ready to release the version of you that no longer fits.
You want to feel at home in your body again.
You're craving depth, not surface-level change.
You're ready to meet yourself in a new way.
Midlife is not something to get through. It's something to wake up inside of.
This is a threshold — not into becoming someone new, but into being who you already are, without the layers you've had to carry.
The wise woman. The wild woman. The one who no longer abandons herself.
"I didn't know it was possible to feel this safe in my own body." ~ K.N.
What makes this work different
Eight threads run through the four days, woven together rather than taught as separate sessions.
✺ Somatic Healing & Nervous System Regulation
Build greater awareness of your body's patterns, cultivate internal safety, and explore new ways of relating to yourself through body-based practice.
✺ Breathwork & Embodiment
Trauma-informed breathwork, movement, and mindfulness to deepen body awareness, support nervous system regulation, and create space for insight and integration.
✺ Inner Child Healing & Reparenting
Reconnect with the parts of you that have been longing for love, safety, and validation.
✺ Subconscious Reprogramming & Shadow Integration
Uncover limiting beliefs, disrupt old patterns, and embrace every part of yourself with compassion.
✺ Sacred Sisterhood
Heal in the presence of other women, in a space rooted in consent, presence, and support.
✺ Nature Immersion & Ritual
Ground into the Oregon Coast with ocean meditation and a beachside fire and release ceremony.
✺ Abundance & the Art of Receiving
For the woman who's always given, this is where you practice receiving — allowing yourself to be held, supported, and nourished, and remembering that your own fullness matters, too.
✺ Rest, Restoration & Integration
Unhurried space to simply be — a closing sound bath, restorative practice, and time to let the work settle gently into your body before you carry it home.
And a few gentle touches held in reserve — small gifts and moments saved for those who gather here.
Not just insight — but a shift you can feel.
Clarity · Self-trust · Internal safety · Embodied power
And the knowing: you don't have to go back to who you were.
What's Included
From the moment you arrive, everything is held for you — so all you have to do is show up, exhale, and let yourself be met.
Four days on the Oregon Coast, an intimate retreat for a small group of women, guided by Caroline in a serene, private space held just for us.
A welcome evening that softens you into the weekend — an opening breathwork journey to drop you out of the noise and into your body, followed by a warm welcome dinner shared with the women beside you.
Deep somatic and breathwork sessions that meet you exactly where you are, with space to feel, soften, and come home to yourself.
A beachside fire and release ceremony — gather at the ocean's edge as the light fades, and let the fire hold what you're ready to lay down.
A closing sound bath — a wash of sound and stillness to let everything settle gently into your body.
A private after-hours spa buyout, reserved just for our group — time to soak, warm, and simply be.
Unhurried free time woven throughout — to walk the shore, rest by the fire, journal, or do beautifully nothing at all.
Thoughtfully planned meals — some shared together, with other times intentionally left open for you to rest, explore, and nourish yourself at your own pace.
Surprises woven in and out — small, soulful gifts and unexpected moments of delight, offered along the way.
A gentle closing circle to gather what's shifted before you step back into your life.

This retreat is trauma-informed and grounded in somatic healing practices, but it is not psychotherapy and does not replace mental health treatment. It's a personal growth and experiential space designed to support self-exploration, embodiment, and integration. No therapist-client relationship is established within this container.
If you are currently navigating significant mental health challenges, this experience may be best supported alongside your own licensed provider.
This space is held with deep care, presence, and respect for your individual process — while honoring clear and appropriate professional boundaries.

I believe healing begins the moment we stop trying to become someone else and begin returning to who we've always been.
My work brings together the science of the nervous system with the wisdom of the body — integrating trauma-informed therapy, somatic healing, breathwork, hypnobreathwork, TRE®, subconscious reprogramming, and deep integrative practices that support lasting change.
Again and again, I've witnessed that transformation doesn't happen because we understand ourselves differently. It happens when our bodies begin to experience safety, self-trust, and the freedom to live in alignment with who we truly are.
The Midlife Awakening was created from that belief. It's a space for women who have spent years caring for others, meeting expectations, and holding everything together — therapists and healers, cycle-breakers, and seekers — and who are ready to come home to themselves.
It is my privilege to hold that space with deep presence, compassion, and respect for every woman's unique journey.
Questions women ask before enrolling
✺ Do I book my own room?
Yes. You'll reserve your room directly with Salishan, so your accommodation stays private and in your control. I'll send a simple booking guide the moment you enroll.
✺ Are meals included?
Some are. We share certain meals as a group — beginning with a welcome dinner your first evening — while others are intentionally left open, so you have space to rest and nourish yourself at your own pace. Full details come in your welcome packet.
✺ What's the total cost, all in?
The program fee is $2,497 (or $2,297 for alumni + current & past clients — see below). On top of that, you'll cover your room at Salishan and your travel. Rooms are available through our private Salishan room block. Once you enroll, you'll receive your booking link to reserve directly with the lodge.
✺ How does the payment plan work?
You can reserve your place with a $500 deposit, then complete the balance in 3 monthly payments of $699 (total $2,597), with all payments made in full by October 29, 2026. If you qualify for the $2,297 alumni +current or past-client rate, the payment plan is a $500 deposit plus 3 monthly payments of $633 instead (total $2,399). If you enroll too close to the retreat for either schedule to fit, enrollment is pay-in-full. As with all payments, the deposit and installments are non-refundable but creditable toward a future retreat or program.
✺ Is this therapy?
No. It's a trauma-informed, somatic personal-growth experience, not psychotherapy, and it doesn't replace mental health treatment. If you're working with a licensed provider, this can beautifully complement that work.
✺ Who is this for?
Women navigating a life transition, identity shift, or quiet awakening who are ready for depth rather than surface-level change, and who want to feel at home in their bodies again.
✺ What if the retreat fills?
Enrollment is capped to protect the intimacy of the circle. If it fills, you can join the priority list — you'll be the first contacted if a space opens, and the first to know about future retreats.
✺ What's your cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable, as your place is held personally and space is limited. But if you can't attend, your payment isn't lost — it can be applied as a credit toward another retreat or program I offer, to be used within 12 months.
✺ What should I bring?
You'll receive a full welcome packet with a packing list and everything you need to arrive settled.
The Midlife Awakening is more than a retreat. It's a threshold. A remembering. A return.
