I’m Caroline, LPC, NCC—a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork & HypnoBreathwork Facilitator, Certified Somatic Jungian Coach, and founder of Soul of the Lotus®. I guide midlife women through deep, embodied transformation, helping you release what’s been holding you back, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and step fully into your truth, power, and purpose.
Through my courses, retreats, and coaching experiences, I create sacred, trauma-informed spaces where healing and growth happen at the root. Using somatic practices, breathwork, inner child healing, and transformational coaching, I support you in navigating midlife transitions with clarity, confidence, and embodiment.
