I’m Caroline, LPC, NCC—a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork & HypnoBreathwork Facilitator, Certified Somatic Jungian Coach, and founder of Soul of the Lotus®. My Breathwork Journey

I never fully realized how powerful and healing breathwork could be on all levels. Mentally, physically, spiritually, and energetically. I quickly, during my first breath session, knew with every cell in my soul that breathwork was my missing key. It was an undeniably profound experience. From that moment forward, I knew I not only wanted, but I also needed, to take the deep dive into my own healing, my own awakening, and help others do the same through breath.

As we intentionally breathe and change up our breath patterns, we bring awareness to our bodies. We are then able to reduce stress and anxiety, heal past pain and trauma, boost immunity, increase joy and happiness, improve sleep quality, reduce toxins in the body and provide an energetic release, rewire the brain to release old patterns and create new ones, shift your energy and mood, and so much more.
