Yes. Every aspect of Heroine’s Ascent™ is designed through a trauma-informed and trauma-attuned lens. This means the practices, guidance, and container are safe, supportive, and structured to honor your nervous system and boundaries as you move through transformation.

You’ll engage in a holistic mix of practices, including:

• Breathwork + Hypnobreathwork for subconscious rewiring and emotional release

• Somatic and TRE® work to release stored tension and trauma

• Depth psychology and Jungian archetypal exploration

• Feminine embodiment practices to reclaim your body, presence, and magnetism

• Guided reflection

No prior experience is required. The program is designed to guide you safely and supportively through every practice, whether you’re new to breathwork, somatics, or embodiment work — or already experienced.

You can expect approximately 2–3 hours per week for live calls and integration practices, plus optional time for journaling and embodiment exercises.

Recordings are available if you cannot attend live.

This is an intentionally small, intimate cohort to ensure personal attention, connection, and a safe, supportive container for transformation.

If you cannot attend, your spot may be transferable to a future program or to another approved participant (with consent). Full terms are outlined in the Group Agreement + Consent Form, which must be signed prior to payment.
