Yes. Every aspect of Heroine’s Ascent™ is designed through a trauma-informed and trauma-attuned lens. This means the practices, guidance, and container are safe, supportive, and structured to honor your nervous system and boundaries as you move through transformation.

You’ll engage in a holistic mix of practices, including:

• Somatic and TRE® work to release stored tension and trauma

• Hypnobreathwork for subconscious rewiring and emotional release

• Depth psychology and Jungian archetypal exploration

• Feminine embodiment practices to reclaim your body, presence, and magnetism

• Guided reflection and Soul Code reclamation

No prior experience is required. The program is designed to guide you safely and supportively through every practice, whether you’re new to breathwork, somatics, or embodiment work — or already experienced.

You can expect approximately 2–3 hours per week for live calls and integration practices, plus optional time for journaling and embodiment exercises.

This is an intentionally small, intimate cohort to ensure personal attention, connection, and a safe, supportive container for transformation.
